How do I access my Rewards account?
Enter your phone number in the Rewards Balance Lookup above.
Once your account is found, click “View My Benefits.”
A one-time password will be sent to your cell phone. Enter the code to access your Customer Rewards Account Pages, where you can view your Rewards information, program benefits, referral tools, and Oil Change Award progress.
How do I earn Rewards?
Rizzoli’s Automotive has three automatic Reward Levels:

Your Reward Level automatically changes as you reach the qualifying spending thresholds.
Do I need to sign up for Rewards?
No. Rizzoli’s Automotive makes enrollment easy.
Eligible customers are automatically enrolled in the Rewards Program after their visit. There is no separate enrollment process required.
Do oil changes earn my regular 2%, 3%, or 4% Rewards?
No. Qualifying oil changes are tracked separately through the Oil Change Award, so they do not also earn the standard percentage-based Rewards.
How does the Oil Change Award work?
Complete 2 qualifying oil changes at Rizzoli’s Automotive and receive 50% off your third qualifying oil change.
There is no dollar cap on the 50% Oil Change Award.
How can I check my Oil Change Award progress?
Start by looking up your Rewards, then click “View My Benefits.”
From your Customer Rewards Account Pages, you can view your Oil Change Award and your progress toward earning 50% off your third qualifying oil change.

When you refer someone new to Rizzoli’s, they’ll receive a $35 Referral Gift Card toward their first visit. Once they complete their qualifying first visit, you’ll receive $35 in Loyalty Rewards as our thank-you!
How to Send a Referral
- Enter your phone number in the Rewards Balance Lookup above.
- Click View My Benefits and enter the one-time verification code sent to your phone.
- Select the Referrals tab in your Loyalty Rewards account.
- Choose the option to send a Referral Gift Card and share it with your friend or family member via text.
- Your friend brings their Referral Gift Card to Rizzoli’s and uses it during their first qualifying visit.
That's it! Your referral is linked to your Rewards account, so when your friend's qualifying visit is completed and processed, you'll receive $35 in Loyalty Rewards.
